Questions for Learning: Reflecting on the Lesson



Too often, we associate reflection with the observation process.  But as any professional educator has learned, reflection is an integral part of continuous professional improvement.

And it's more than just, "How did this lesson go?"  Reflection is about not only the crafting then implementing the lesson, but also about analyzing the connection between the two.

Use some of the questions below as a tool to reflect on a recent lesson.  Then determine one or two you could use daily as an anchor in your continuous growth as an educator.
