Growth Mindset: Digging Deeper

Recently, most of JCPS educators and staff participated in a district-wide professional development geared towards mindsets.  The feedback was filled with excitement, enthusiasm, and a sense of unity moving forward.  As this topic continues through the fall, many have requested a few more resources to support their growth in developing a growth mindset (see what we did there).


The graphic below provides samples how different mindsets might view or approach different situations.  Check it out.  If there are areas you lean more towards a fixed mindset, consider ways you might approach that area differently.
