This summer, participants of elementary EQuIP had the pleasure of hearing from guest speaker, Kim Bearden. Ms. Bearden currently teaches at Ron Clark Academy, is a former Disney Teacher of the Year, and the author of Crash Course.
Ms. Bearden inspired teachers in rising above their current circumstances to let their passion for students drive them forward. One question that stuck most with teachers is below. See if it speaks to you too.
